INFORMATION FOR SINGERS

South Devon Choir presents an afternoon singing workshop of Vivaldi’s lively and lovely ‘Gloria’ and Sir Hubert Parry’s stirring ‘I was glad‘ which will be followed by a public performance of the two works.

The Choir will be remembering a much-loved member, Mark Saxelby, in whose name this workshop and performance are being held.

The profits from this workshop and the public performance which will follow it, are in aid of Rowcroft Hospice. South Devon Choir hopes our audience will join with us in expressing our thanks for the work of our local hospice and remembering those who have received care there.

The event will be held at Paignton Parish Church (more details below) on Saturday 10 June 2023.

Doors open for registration and collecting scores at 2pm. The workshop starts at 2.30pm and the day concludes with the public performance which should finish about 7pm.
