South Devon Choir present an afternoon singing workshop followed by a public performance of Gabriel Fauré’s beautiful and well-known ‘Requiem’ in memory of all those affected and lost in the recent Covid-19 pandemic.
The workshop and public performance which will follow it, are in aid of Torbay & South Devon NHS Charitable Fund. South Devon Choir hopes this will go, in some small way, to express gratitude for the dedication and care shown by our local health service in caring for us over the last two years.
The event will be held at Paignton Parish Church (more details below) on Saturday 11 June 2022.
Doors open for singers at 2pm and the public performance will commence at 6pm with doors opening to the public at 5.45pm.
If you wish to take part in the choral workshop during the afternoon prior to the concert please go to our Workshops page Fauré Requiem Workshop & Concert
