THE CREATION – HAYDN

For the Spring Term 2021 we are going to be learning Haydn’s The Creation,  said by some to be a work to rival Handel’s Messiah but of course rather less well known.

Each week we will rehearse online together.  If you cannot manage to attend the live online rehearsal then a link to the recording of the rehearsal will be sent by email the following day.

In addition you can access practice parts using the Choralia website.  These practice parts are free to use but please remember, someone is putting an awful lot of work and effort into providing this service so donations from users are always welcome.

We are sure that you will want to listen to a good recording of The Creation and there are many available but here is one as a starting point.
